  Adobe Labs surprisingly released the a public beta of its famous software for photographers today. Currently we have a released version of Lightroom 4.4 and now Adobe is giving us the chance to try it next major release. Apple just unleashed their newest cat, the roaring Mountain Lion. OS X 10.8 brings over 200+ features in this release, most notably is the iOS like features of the operating system. Canon Announced New Features in EOS 7D’s 2.0.x Firmware

Canon just teased its customers that its 2 year old EOS 7D will have new features with its upcoming firmware 2.0.x. The firmware will enable the camera to shoot an additional 10 frames bursts to its existing 15 burst continous shooting in RAW making it now a speedy 25 RAW burst camera. Of course JPEG burst capacity will also be increased from 126 to 130 Large JPEG Fine, it also promises to have an internal editing functions such as rating, in-camera resizing, in-camera RAW processing and some minor tweaks. Adobe Just Released a Heavy 4.1 Lightroom Update and Camera RAW 7.1

Adobe just released a 392.7MB massive update to its Photoshop Lightroom software adding HDR TIFF format ability, fixing some bugs from 4.0 and RAW support for the new cameras like the Canon 5D Mark III and Olympus OM-D EM-5 and many more. Adobe Creative Suite CS6 Now Available

Adobe officially announced the availability of its Creative Suites version CS6. Starting with the Design Standard (US$1,299) to the complete Master Collection (US$2,599). Obviously Photoshop and these Creative Suites didn’t get the price markdown that Adobe Lightroom received. Compare the products and buy what suit your needs.

Lightroom posted on their blog answering some “LR4 Hot Issues” such as Point Tone Curve Migration, Workflow for External Editors/Plug-ins and Reverse Geo-coding Delays to name a few.
