Pangasinan On The Spot Photo Contest Results – PiPho Org (Club)

1st Place – Larry “quasar” Marbella

PiPho Org (club) went to a 2-day photo op last May 25 to 26 in Pangasinan North Luzon. The club’s first stop (side trip) was Lucaf Wharf in Alaminos Pangasinan then they head to Bolinao. Atty. Larry Marbella wins the 1st and 2nd places while Cito Mariano’s black and white made it to the 3rd spot.
