Olympus now calls its compact cameras STYLUS, it just updated its high-end compact XZ-1 now to be called STYLUS XZ-2. The STYLUS XZ-2 has all the features of the XZ-1 with bumped up 12.0 resolution sensor. The sensor is now powered by the new TruePic VI image processing engine found in the newly updated PEN cameras and OM-D EM-5 . The XZ-2 has the mighty 28-112mm lens with f1.8 to f2.5 achieving the largest opening with an all-arounder focal lengths iZuiko lens. The new exciting addition to this camera is the 3″ tilting touchscreen LCD making this camera truly versatile, feature set and shooting aspects. Olympus learned from its users, so they’ve now included a removable grip found on the right side of the body.
